Information for Poster Presentations
Poster boards will be set up in Foyers 2 and 3 of the Hilton throughout
the meeting. There will be two poster sessions at which authors will
be present. Half of the authors will be attending their posters
on Thursday evening, June 13, from 7:00pm through 9:00pm, during
which time a cash bar and complimentary hors d'oeuvres will be offered
at the President's Reception in an adjacent room. The remaining posters
will be attended by authors on Friday, June 14, from 10:00am through
12:00 noon over an extended coffee break.
We request that all posters be placed before 7:00pm on June 13 and
be left up throughout the meeting so that meeting delegates will have
the opportunity to view the posters throughout the meeting.
Poster boards will have a display area 8 feet wide and 4 feet high.
Stands have an overall height of 6 feet 2 inches.
Programs are scheduled to be mailed this week. Please consult the
program to find your poster number.
