It is my sad duty to use this forum to inform you that Lee Willerman
died suddenly of a heart attack last Friday. As many of you know,
Lee was a voluble personality, loyal friend, challenging teacher, and
a distinguished scientist. I didn't know that I wanted to be an
academic psychologist until I met Lee. The joy he found in
intellectual endeavors will always be a model for me.
