Zygosity diagnosis

We are currently determining zygosity by DNA analysis on a sample of
5-month-old twins, but I would like to compare the results with the more
classic diagnosis using eye and hair color, texture, facial features, etc.
Does anyone know of good algorithms for young infants, perhaps adapted from
Cohen et al (1973) or Nichols and Bilbro (1966)? The material to be coded
consists of close-up, color videos of the twins's faces.
