BGA 2005 Annual Meeting

The 35th Annual Meeting of the Behavior Genetics Association will be held the 29 June-2 July 2005 in Hollywood, California, USA. Laura Baker and Chandra Reynolds will serve as Local Hosts.

Fulker Award: Norman D. Hendersen; Paper "QTL Analysis of Multiple Behavioral Measures of Anxiety in Mice".

Fuller/Scott Award: Danielle Posthuma.

Thompson Award: Heather L. Gelhorn: Paper "An investigation into the genetic etiology of adolescent antisocial behavior and conduct disorder: An application of item response theory".

Hotel room reservations must be made prior to June 8th, 2005. (After June 8th, the Hotel will accept reservations only on a space- and rate-available basis). (Posted on 9-May).

OTHER EVENTS:
A Structural Equation Modeling in Longitudinal Research course organized by Jack McArdle will be held 22-26 June at USC, just a few days before BGA. (Posted on 28-April).

The International Society of Twin Studies is planning a 1-day Mid-Congress Conference, to be held June 29, 2005 at the University of Southern California. The Conference is timed as a prelude to the 2005 BGA Conference in Hollywood.
