Registration is done by simply paying using our online payment pulldown menu below. If you wish to purchase an additional banquet ticket, a separate payment is needed. Please note, if the name used for Google payment is different from the name of the registrant, please email the Treasurer with the the registrant’s name so we can ensure proper credit of the payment. Also, if your affiliation has changed from that which we have on file, if you receive your journal at your home address, or if you are a non-member, please also email your affiliation (and also email address, in the case of non-members) to the Treasurer, since we would like to print your affiliation on your name tag.

There is an optional excursion on Wednesday, 25 June at 2pm, to Churchill Downs, home of the Kentucky Derby. Tickets are $10 each and we would prefer that those are purchased in advance, using the pulldown menu below, selecting the desired number of tickets.

Non-US Dollar cheques are not accepted. For US Dollar cheques drawn on a bank outside the US (some Canadians banks seem to offer these), please add $20 to cover additional bank charges.

Please note, credit card payments are only accepted via the Google Checkout online payment system, not via post. Cheques must arrive to meet the posted deadlines on the meeting website.
