What to expect:

• Introductory lectures combined with hands-on training in within-family and trio-based genetic methods
• Trio GWAS and polygenic score analyses
• Genomic SEM
• M-GCTA / Trio-GCTA
• Intergenerational Mendelian randomization

The programme also includes short talks by early-career researchers with applications of these methods and keynote lectures by leading scientists reflecting on the past, present, and future of family-based genomic research. Who should attend? This workshop is aimed at PhD students and early-career researchers seeking a solid methodological foundation and practical experience in family-based genomic analyses.
