Seminar: Beyond the Variant: Experimental Models for Post-GWAS Biology
Daniel Gustavson | Published on 9/2/2026
We are excited to invite you to our virtual seminar series hosted by the International Behavioral and Neural Genetics Society (IBANGS), the Behavioral Genetics Association (BGA) and the Psychiatric Genomics Consortium (PGC) that addresses the topic of how behavioral and psychiatric genetics moves from genetic association to biological mechanism, and on the complementary roles and limitations of different experimental systems (e.g. NAMs vs animal models vs AI-computational modeling).
There will be a panel discussion followed by a Q&A session. We hope you can join us!
